Meeting Number: 1

Members are sticking to their original role, but they are not all attending, seeing as one of them as got broken ribs so he can’t come into school so he can’t attend all of the lessons.

This means that I am having to do more work, but I am ok with this because it is not his fault that he can’t attend the lessons, but when he does attend lessons he shall do some of the work to help me out.

The production:

The production isn’t doing to well in relation to the schedule because I’ve had to do a lot of the work by myself, and this makes it hard because I’m not sure what ideas to use for the product. We have had to change a lot of things, because originally we were going to use cameras to get pictures for the opening sequence, but then we decided it will work better if we create the product on Macs using the internet and after effects.

We have no dates for shooting and recording because of the fact that we will not be shooting or recording because we will be creating the product mainly on after effects, if there is a need for recording, then we will ask our teacher if we may leave to film anything necessary, and we will change the equipment needed.

We have got each others mobile numbers, so we can tell each other what design we want for the product, and we both know the password to the blog so that we can both access the blog when the other is not present.

Minutes From Meeting:

1.     We found that I will have to do the work by myself for a while because of the injury that occurred to the other member.

2.     We Found that we are behind the schedule and have to hurry up to catch up to the schedule, we can do this by staying behind after school, and at dinner times.

3.     We found that we have no need for shooting and recording.
